After a big night out then you always have to think about the day after, the hangover. The cool and fresh Icelandic air will wake you up and if you need a minute to think where you are please feel free to do so. Now it’s time to try to stand up if you can do that without screaming your lungs out you will be fine. If you can’t stand up no worries we will deal with you later so just go back to sleep. Your guide will come and check you out see if anyone is missing, if someone is missing there is a big chance that the guide will know where he is. Now when we have gather you all together now its time to feed. Greasy burgers or posh fish is something that will give your stomach filling for the day to come. After lunch is nothing better for hangover then fill your lungs with air (with beer) and do activates that challenges you. After its nothing better than go in a hot spring and relax and get a massage. There is a 5 star spa in Reykjavik that will fix you up both before the big night and after. We  have a lot of tricks to make your hangover as pleasant as possible and give you ideas how to spend your hangover days in the future. For an Icelander hangover days are the best because its every day.
